What’s the dress code?
Semi Formal. Think a nice dress or slacks and a blazer — something you’d be comfortable in outdoors on a summer evening.
What will the weather be like?
June in Dunsmuir is typically dry and moderately warm. Highs are usually in the low 80s, and it cools down to the 50s at night. You may want to bring bug spray as well - we'll be by the river!
What time should guests arrive?
We recommend arriving by 3:30 PM so you have plenty of time to get settled before the ceremony begins at 4:00 PM.
Are kids welcome?
Absolutely! Kids are very welcome. There’s even a playground at the venue where they can play.
Where should I park?
Carpool if you can! Parking may be a little tight right at the venue, but there are plenty of spots a short walk up the road. If you’re able, please leave the closer spaces for guests with limited mobility. We really appreciate it!
Will food be served?
Yes! Dinner and drinks will follow the ceremony. We can’t wait to celebrate with you over a great meal.
Is the ceremony indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony will be held outdoors at the beautiful Dunsmuir Botanical Gardens. We recommend dressing for a warm summer evening.
